GOG Holdings focus on the company Policies being used to manage and deliver best project performance in each and every project given by clients on regular basis<\/span><\/p>

Quality Procedure Manual (QPM) is employed to ensure quality standards for best project performance and client satisfaction. This process includes the recording & listing of all project participants incl artisans.<\/span><\/p>

Task orders coupled with Risk assessment policies are issued on every project for continuity, accountability and participation tracking purposes.<\/span><\/p>

Project Queries <\/span><\/p>

A dedicated Programme Manager serves as point of contact between GOG Holdings and client to ensure all queries are channeled and resolved within the agreed SLA timelines.<\/span><\/p>
